This course is ideal for novice Salesforce system administrators, as well as Trailblazers looking to improve their skills in configuring, maintaining and automating a Salesforce organization.

This is an intermediate-level course. At the time of registration, a needs analysis enables us to ascertain the trainee’s prerequisites and level of knowledge, and to check that the training objectives meet the expressed need.

This course is not open to learners with no previous knowledge of Salesforce. We recommend that you start with our Salesforce Administration Fundamentals course.

This is not a certification course. We focus on practice rather than on reviewing the Salesforce Administrator certification.
