The aim is to provide you with the fundamental skills to effectively manage and administer a Salesforce organization. You’ll learn how to configure basic settings, manage users, profiles and permissions, and customize objects and fields to meet your company’s specific needs.

On completion of this course, you’ll be able to create and maintain reports, dashboards and workflows, while ensuring data security and an optimal user experience.

You’ll have the keys you need to administer Salesforce independently and efficiently, while ensuring optimum use of the platform.

No, this program does not prepare you for certification. Unfortunately, 3 days is not enough.

Our Bootcamp format is the only way to build your Salesforce administration skills and prepare for Administrator certification.

The natural next step is Salesforce Administrator. It’s also an essential foundation for progressing to CRM Consultant, Business Analyst or Salesforce Project Manager roles.
