What is Agent Force?

Agent Force is an autonomous conversational agent, deployed within Salesforce, capable of understanding user queries, executing tasks in the Salesforce interface and proposing contextualized recommendations.

What is the purpose of Agent Force?

Agent Force stands out as an intelligent virtual assistant, designed to automate recurring tasks, guide users in real time and improve the efficiency of sales and customer service teams.

How does Agent Force work?

Agent Force draws on the capabilities of Einstein AI, Salesforce’s AI engine. It analyzes CRM data, detects trends and uses natural language processing (NLP) to understand and interact with users. It can be integrated into various Salesforce modules and activated via interfaces such as chatbots, intelligent notifications or voice assistants.

Agent Force use case: accelerating the sales cycle

Let’s take the example of a B2B salesperson in a technology company.
