Training objectives
The main objective of this training course is to provide new users with a complete and practical understanding of the fundamentals of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
In four days, participants will learn how to navigate the interface, launch e-mail campaigns, import and segment contact data, design striking newsletters and e-mails, and set up their first campaign automations.
By the end of the course, they will be autonomous and able to create and manage various marketing assets. They will learn how to set up automated paths based on specific use cases.

- No technical prerequisites are required to take part in this course.
- No prior knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud required

- Recognize the different ways to create a segment (IA, builder, list view)
- Identify the different segmentation points
- Manipulating the segment builder on unified profiles

- Produce different types of campaigns: Triggered, Schedule, Consent

This training day is optional and is offered specifically in the event of a tool change. For example: a migration from Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) to Marketing Cloud.
