Funding for retraining and jobseekers

Dedicated to learners undergoing professional retraining, the Individual Operational Preparation for Employment (POEI) is designed to facilitate your transition to employment.

This scheme, financed by France Travail, is aimed at employers offering pre-employment training.

Its aim is to equip you with the professional skills you need to take up the position corresponding to the job offer.

Under this option, you receive funding for 3 months of intensive courses before you start work.

100% of the cost of the training is covered by this scheme.

Eligible companies:

• This scheme is aimed at employers in the private or public sector who undertake to take on the jobseeker on completion of the training.

Individual Training Assistance (AIF) is a training funding assistance program that can cover the entire cost of training or supplement other funding.

Eligible applicants :

• Job seekers registered with France Travail
• Professional Reclassification Contract (CRP)
• Professional Transition Contract (CTP)
• Professional Security Contract (CSP)

Paid by France Travail, mobility aid covers all or part of the costs of accommodation, meals and travel incurred during training.

Conditions :

• You must be registered as a jobseeker with France Travail
• The training course is financed or co-financed by France Travail with a training project included in the Personalised Project for Access to Employment (PPAE)
• The training location must be in France, more than 2 hours’ travel from home and back.

Cap Emploi is a network dedicated to the professional integration of people with disabilities. To be supported by this structure, the disabled person must be actively involved in accessing or returning to employment in an ordinary working environment.

Support conditions :

• To be a beneficiary of the obligation to employ disabled workers (BOETH)
• To be registered as a jobseeker with Pôle Emploi
• To be delegated support by Pôle emploi in view of their disability.
