If you are not on benefit, an RFFT payment may be set up depending on your eligibility. The RFFT is the remuneration paid to trainees on a course financed or co-financed by France Travail. To apply for training compensation and/or mobility assistance, complete the form.
No, we don’t currently offer work-linked training for Salesforce consultants.

To obtain training leave, send a written request to your employer, stating the title, duration and dates of the training course. Make sure you respect the notice periods specific to each scheme (CPF for professional transition, VAE, skills assessment, etc.).

How can employee training be financed?
Employees can finance their training through their company via two main schemes.
The Skills Development Plan enables employers to finance training to enhance the skills of their teams, while maintaining their remuneration.
Companies can also apply to their OPCO (Opérateur de Compétences), which covers all or part of the training costs depending on the sector of activity and the criteria defined.
Yes, employees with disabilities can benefit from specific funding from Agefiph, Cap Emploi or their OPCO, which covers all or part of the training costs. Educational and material adjustments can also be made.
Yes, it is possible to combine several funding schemes, such as the CPF, assistance from your OPCO and your company’s Skills Development Plan. This combination can cover all or part of the training costs.
As an employee, you can use your Personal Training Account (CPF) to finance training leading to qualifications or certification. You register online at moncompteformation.gouv.fr You choose your course and use your available rights to finance all or part of the costs. You do not need your employer’s agreement if the training is taken outside working hours.
