Companies can apply to their local OPCO (skills operator) to have all or part of the training costs of their employees covered, so that they can upgrade their skills and progress in their jobs, or even change professions.

The Professional Security Agreement (Contrat de Sécurisation Professionnelle) is a one-year scheme for people made redundant for economic reasons.
The aim of the scheme is to help employees return to work as quickly as possible, by providing them with a package of measures to help them find a new job as quickly as possible.
In particular, it provides funding for training to match the skills of those made redundant with the new expectations of companies.
Thanks to the Fonds national de l’emploi (FNE), the French government is helping companies to make ecological and digital changes. It enables companies to cope with economic change and to finance training initiatives aimed at preserving and developing the skills of their employees.
Requests for funding must be submitted by companies to the skills operators (OPCO).
Eligible employees:

- The FNE-Formation can finance training projects for all employees, regardless of their socio-professional category or level of qualification, with the exception of employees on apprenticeship or professionalisation contracts.
